Job description

💪 Team:

During this internship, you will join the Marketing team at Click&Boat, a business unit composed of 30 people divided into four main teams: Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM, and Brand & Communication.

You will become part of the Brand & Communication team, which is structured around three key areas: Markets (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK and New Markets), Influence, and Social Media. Together, we work to boost Click&Boat’s visibility and strengthen its brand image across all touchpoints.

As a Community Manager Intern, you’ll report directly to Yéléna, our Social Media Manager, working closely with her as well as with other members of the Brand team and teams such as Marketing, Design, CRM, SEO and Customer Care.

🚀 Tasks:

Social Media Animation (45%)

• Manage the publication of content across our accounts (mainly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook)


• Engage with our audience: community management, responding to comments and messages, daily interactions


• Track content performance: engagement, growth, reach… and suggest optimizations aligned with objectives


• Conduct ongoing social media monitoring to identify trends, platform updates and inspiring initiatives

Content Creation (40%)

• Imagine and produce visual, video and editorial content (with or without the help of a designer)


• Create engaging formats: reels, stories, interviews, mini-series, interactive formats, behind-the-scenes, “before/after”, team testimonials, etc., using tools such as Canva, CapCut or native platform features

Strategy & Brand Identity (15%)

• Participate in editorial planning and content calendar discussions


• Help build editorial calendars based on marketing priorities, current events and strategic brand positioning


• Adapt tone of voice to each platform while maintaining brand consistency


• Ensure visual and editorial coherence across all channels


• Contribute to strengthening the Click&Boat community and brand presence

• Perks and salary: 730€ fix gross per month, one day off offered per month worked, lunch vouchers (Cobee), breakfast every Tuesday morning, afterworks and team building activities offered 😉.


• Remote policy: 1 day of remote work per week (depending on business constraints and training period).

Flexible Starting Date: Ideally May/June or September 2025

Duration: 5 to 6 months (full-time)

Location: Barcelona

Preferred profile

• You are a student in communication, digital marketing, media or similar, looking for a 6-month internship starting May/June 2025


• You speak English fluently, both written and spoken — it’s our daily working language (speaking French, Spanish, German or Italian is a plus).


• You’re a true TikTok enthusiast who understands trends and platform codes inside out


• You have a strong creative mindset and enjoy proposing new ideas


• You’re confident with video editing for social platforms (reels, TikToks...) and familiar with tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro


• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment


• You have excellent writing skills and a knack for engaging storytelling


• Previous experience in community management or social media is a plus
