• Design & deliver training programs to achieve organizational goals.​

• Deliver onboarding programs to support new talent retention and smooth transitions.​

• Set up on-the-job training, handle placements, and monitor trainee performance.​

• Administer training records and ensure efficient filing systems.​

• Promote SLS values and lead initiatives to create a fair, safe, and inclusive environment.
