1️⃣ Create Content That Converts (And That You Can Call Your Own!)

Your challenges:

  • Invent innovative formats:
  • Turn case studies into compelling stories (e.g., "How [Client] Saved 20 Hours/Month with Video").
  • Produce "Before & After" videos (e.g., a static CV vs. a dynamic video).
  • Pitch your own ideas (e.g., "What if we did a series called ‘The Worst Documents vs. Their Video Versions’?").
  • Write content that generates leads:
  • Craft SEO-optimized blog posts (e.g., "Why Your Whitepapers Are Being Ignored (And How to Fix It)").
  • Take the lead: "What if we created a guide on ‘How to Impress Clients with Videos’?" (We want you to propose and execute!)

Example of an entrepreneurial project: "Launch a video series called ‘Marketing Fails’ where you showcase real examples of bad documents (with client permission) and how to improve them. Measure engagement and iterate in real time."

2️⃣ Grow Our Social Media Presence (LinkedIn, Youtube and more) – Your Playground

Your challenges:

  • Develop our LinkedIn organically:
  • Post 3x/week (mix of educational, humorous, and client testimonial content).
  • Initiative expected: Propose a recurring format (e.g., "Document of the Week" where you analyze a static document and its video version).
  • Engage the community: Respond to comments with personalized replies (e.g., "What document would YOU like to transform?").
  • Launch our YouTube channel:
  • Create tutorials (e.g., "How to Turn a PDF into a Video in 5 Minutes").
  • Pitch: "What if we interviewed clients on video to showcase their success?" (We want you to make it happen!)

Example of an entrepreneurial project: "Identify 3 influencers in digital marketing, reach out for a partnership (e.g., a joint live session), and manage the project end-to-end."

3️⃣ Optimize Inbound Marketing – Your Lab

Your challenges:

  • Generate qualified leads:

  • Innovate: "What if we offered a free audit of prospects’ documents?" (Design and promote it yourself!)
  • Set up landing pages (Unbounce, Carrd) and A/B test CTAs.
