Tasks

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Marketing & Sales Lead Generation intern in Spain (32-40h per week) to join our Client Solutions & Growth teams. This is a paid six-month internship, starting in October 2026 or earlier.
It is a hands-on role offering exposure to both marketing execution and sales lead generation within a fast-growing sustainability-focused business. You will work closely with the Head of Client Solutions and gain direct experience in key account management (KAM) support, CRM management, and marketing communications.

Location: Spain (fully remote)
Duration: 6-month internship (32-40h per week)
Reports to: Head of Client Solutions & Growth

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Support social media management and content scheduling across relevant platforms
• Assist in the planning and production of our bi-monthly newsletter
• Support the organisation of events, both in-person and online (logistics, coordination, follow-up materials)

Sales & Lead Generation

• Support lead generation activities, including CRM management (data entry, tracking, pipeline hygiene)
• Assist in identifying and qualifying prospective clients

Client Solutions Support

• Provide support to the Head of the Client Solutions team across key account management (KAM) activities, including client research and preparation of materials

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple tools (CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools)
• Interest in sustainability, ESG, or regulatory affairs is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Spanish work permit
• The ability to sign an internship agreement with your center of studies
