Marketing Intern

Are you a creative and motivated student looking to jumpstart your career in marketing? 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Marketing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and media relations. The intern will assist with various online and offline marketing activities aimed at building brand awareness, enhancing media relations, and supporting client engagement efforts.

• Engage with journalists, research new outlets, update & translate press releases. 
• Sending regional reports to the journalist distribution list and following up on their requests.
• Manage daily media clipping to track our mentions.
• Administer the media database. 
• Manage media partnerships, including placing events on the website, newsletters, preparing online/printed event materials, etc.
• Create and distribute weekly newsletters and other communications. 
• Update and maintain sections of the FE website, our blog and presence on external sites, including engagement in social media (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Design weekly infographics 
• Prepare monthly company update report and bi-yearly Media analysis report.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to other team activities/projects as requested. 

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Fluent level of English 
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Infogram, Canva etc.) 
• The candidate should have at least six months of university studies remaining.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organized and reliable
• Salesforce, MS Excel, WordPress, and Google Analytics skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.

• 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during the morning shift. 
• Minimum internship period: 6 months.
• Paid internship: 480 euros per month (net).
