Be ready to support the Brand Team in the following activities:

• Project Management Support: Assist the Brand team in the coordination of innovation & renovation projects, tracking milestones from the initial idea to market execution.
• Market & Consumer Analysis: Support the team in analyzing consumer trends and identifying relevant insights using market research tools and data.
• Marketing Strategy Execution: Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and support in the operational execution.
• Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the preparation of materials and data analysis for the definition of the Country’s long-term and annual strategic plans.
• Communication & Activation: Collaborate on the creation and coordination of ATL and BTL activities, working closely with internal and external agencies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a point of contact between Brand and Category, Sales, and Finance departments.
• Budget Administration: Support the Brand team in tracking the allocated marketing budget, managing purchase orders, and monitoring expenses.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Perform regular monitoring of competitors’ activities, pricing, and communication strategies to provide actionable reports to the team.

What we expect from you:

• Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved)
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Good command of MS office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
