through smart data, innovative campaigns, and a results-driven mindset.
About the role
As a Marketing Strategist Intern, you will work closely with senior strategists and media
buyers to drive sustainable, long-term growth for our clients.
Your mission is to help ensure the right volume of leads, at the highest possible quality and
margin, while developing a strong strategic mindset grounded in data and performance.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, not a shadowing position.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed atmaximizing lead quality and margin
- Monitor daily lead volumes and proactively communicate needs or risks to the team
- Track margin performance and escalate significant fluctuations to the Head of MediaBuyers
- Oversee lead quality performance to ensure long-term client success
- Conduct recurring quality analyses and clearly summarize key insights for the team
- Contribute to short- and long-term growth strategies focused on increasing gross profit while maintaining quality standards
- Support the execution of strategies, helping ensure clear deadlines, follow-ups, and accountability across stakeholders
KPIs & Success Metrics
Revenue performance (aligned with client caps and budgets)
Client success metrics, defined by each client’s specific goals (quality, conversion,retention)
