To accelerate our development, we are currently looking for a Office Manager Intern, so join us!

Your missions :

• Processing of new hires, terminations and contractual modifications in the internal management systems
• Management and parameterization of the time tracking system, as well as, direct contact point with the staff regarding calculation and management of vacations, permits and absences
• Coordination with the external prevention service
• Give support with payroll administration: collect all payroll-related information being the intermediary between the company and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service 
• Management of the company´s social benefits

Who are you?

• Student in Business Administration, HR or Labor Relations preferred
• Demonstrable experience in payroll management and HR administrative procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and plan work
• High level of autonomy and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• English & Spanish fluent, French is a plus.
