This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose\u2014improving lives through your life\u2019s work.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nWe are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Omnichannel Marketing Intern to support the development and execution of customer-centric engagement strategies within the Electrophysiology Franchise across EMEA.\n\nYou will contribute to the planning and coordination of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring consistency of messaging across touchpoints while leveraging performance insights to optimize segmentation, channel mix, and customer journeys.\n\nWorking closely with Marketing, Digital, Medical Education, and external agencies, you will help translate strategy into impactful execution\u2014supporting high-performance campaigns that enhance customer experience and drive measurable business outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.\n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\n\nCampaigns planning, execution \u0026 Insights:\n\n * Support the planning and development of tactics such as edetais, Marketing Cloud campaigns, webinars, and events, including data gathering and close the loop activities. \n * Assist in coordinating assets, timelines, and inputs with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical Education, Digital, regulatory, legal) and external agencies. \n * Help analyse campaign and customer data to assess performance across channels (e-details, Marketing Cloud, webinars, events, SalesCloud, etc.)\n * Support ROI and impact analysis, identifying trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities\n * Participate in segmentation and targeting analyses to improve channel mix and engagement effectiveness\n * Support structured reporting and performance reviews with a rigorous, data-driven approach\n\n\n\nCustomer-Centric Strategy:\n\n * Support the definition and refinement of omnichannel customer journeys based on segmentation and behavioural insights\n * Leverage CRM and engagement data to enhance personalization and customer experience\n * Support closed-loop processes to ensure insights inform future actions\n\n\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\n\n * Partner with Marketing, Digital and Medical Education to support execution of omnichannel initiatives aligned with franchise priorities\n * Contribute to fostering a strong digital and performance mindset across EMEA teams\n * Support budget tracking and monitoring with analytical discipline\n\n\n\nWhat Are We Looking For In You?\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field\n * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into clear insights and recommendations\n * High level of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail\n * Proactive, curious, and comfortable working with data in a dynamic environment\n * Strong collaboration and communication skills\n * Fluency in English (B2 or higher)\n * CRM or Marketing Automation knowledge (e.g., SalesCloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus\n\n\n\n## \n\n## What We Can Offer To You:\n\n * Paid 12-month internship (6 months + 6 months)\n * Exposure to commercial operations and cross-functional collaboration\n * International environment and opportunity to network across EMEA\n * A supportive and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning\n * Flexible working model\n\n\n\nLocation: our offices in Madrid, Spain on a hybrid work mode schedule\n\nStart date: April 2026\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
