About the Product Operations Team

We are building a global product ecosystem at FCTG Tech Hub to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across all product teams worldwide.

Our mission is to create one strong product community and one smart product framework to support globalization and growth.

Your focus

Join FCTG Tech Hub and help us build a strong global product community to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation across all product teams.

Mission

Design and implement a strategy to create and animate the global product community, and build a reusable playbook for other internal communities.

Animate and strengthen the global product community — and serve it. Beyond engagement, you'll help make the community more efficient and innovative by rolling out the right tools and processes, many of them AI-powered.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive internal communications across global product teams.
• Animate the community through regular touchpoints, content, and initiatives.
• Organize events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Design and implement processes that make the community work better.
• Build and manage in-house tools — most of them AI-powered.
• Set up and run training programs for product teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
• Previous experience in a tech environment, ideally within or alongside a product or product operations team.
• Real appetite for technology and new tools — you're curious, you experiment.
• A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude: proactive, autonomous, and genuinely motivated.
• Creative — you bring ideas and make them happen.
• Highly organized — you can manage multiple things at once without dropping the ball.
• Fluent in English.
