Real Estate Junior Analyst - Internship

Position: Internship – Real Estate Junior Analyst (or Practicas – Analista Junior Real Estate)
Duration: 6 months

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across Spain, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis (ideally commercial real estate), financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new properties, landlords and local authority areas


• Negotiate with owner and/or landlords


• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.


• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.


• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.


• Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Spain


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.


• Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools.


• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.


• An understanding of the commercial real estate market in Spain.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Aunque no es necesario, el candidato ideal tendrá previa experiencia en análisis de mercado (preferiblemente en inmuebles comerciales), modelado financiero y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Responsabilidades:

- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de propiedades y propietarios.

- Negociar con propietarios y/o arrendadores.

- Realizar investigaciones de mercado exhaustivas y análisis para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y riesgos en el sector inmobiliario.

- Preparar modelos financieros detallados, proyecciones y estudios de viabilidad para posibles inversiones y desarrollos.

- Asistir en la preparación de memorandos de inversión, presentaciones e informes para las partes interesadas.

- Monitorizar y analizar indicadores económicos clave, cambios regulatorios y dinámicas de mercado que impacten el sector inmobiliario en España.

- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos finanzas, jurídico y desarrollo, para apoyar los procesos de toma de decisiones.

- Mantener y actualizar bases de datos inmobiliarias, asegurando la precisión y la integridad de los datos.
