📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist Intern to support our HR team. This role will allow the HRBP Support Intern to delve into strategic human resources practices within a dynamic organization. You will gain deep insights into how HR functions can influence and enhance employee experiences and contribute to organizational success.
🎯 TASKS
- Provide administrative support and assist HRBPs in daily operations and key projects.
- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, first interviews and follow up the hiring process.
- Support the onboarding of new employees.
- Assist in administrative tasks of the departmentMaintain and update HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Help prepare materials for HR meetings and presentations
👉 MUST HAVE skills
- You have a degree or master in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology or ADE.
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- You speak fluent in Spanish and English
- You have a good command of Excel
- You have a strong organization
- You are a good communicator of key information
- You are team player
👉 NICE TO HAVE skills
- French is a plus
