We are looking for a 6-month intern to collaborate on our advisory and Platform projects in our office in Barcelona, Spain (starting asap).What will you do?

You will support us in our consulting projects. Horizon Europe co-funded Smart Cities projects to supporting the acquisition and delivery of projects with cities in Spain and Portugal.
You will help us to create a database with the most important events and networks of cities and companies in the sector.
You will research the smart cities market in Iberia, as well as the most used solutions.
You will evaluate funding sources for digital projects
You will evaluate European and national funding sources for innovation projects and accompany the team on building concept ideas to accompany European cities to apply for fund opportunities.
You will collaborate on our consultancy projects

What we expect from you

Experience in the field of smart/sustainable cities/urban planning would be an asset
Critical capacity and ability to contribute to consultancy projects
Excellent research skills (market research, technologies, urban development, etc.)
Good command of MS Office tools
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team.
A can-do attitude!
Ability to work independently and to represent the organization in project meetings

Your profile

Several years of study or practical experience in a relevant field with very good results
Compulsory internship as part of the curriculum would be preferable
Professional level in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Knowledge in Spanish would be desirable.
