If you are ready for this adventure feel free to apply!As a People Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with different areas of the People department (Operations, Talent, Culture) and actively contribute to our projects.

•  Recruitment process participation: Assist in posting job offers, reviewing CVs, communicating with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, participating in interviews, and supporting the onboarding experience.
• Performance appraisals: Contribute to the launch, follow-up, and analysis of annual performance appraisals.
• E-learning platform implementation: Support the launch of our digital learning platform and assist in creating training paths for employees.
• Support internal events: Help organize and execute events and other initiatives for our employees to enhance engagement and team culture.
• Data analysis and reporting: Work with data and reports to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Employee Data: Support and update our Employee Data Base – Personio. Acquiring all the knowledge to manage the tool and all employee legal documents required.
• Ticketing Tool: Be our point of contact and the reference for our HQ and Factory of our ticketing tool.
• HR BP Support: Support People Operations Team in their day-to-day duties as HR Business Partner.
• H&S: Support the Team for Health & Safety duties. 
• Absenteeism follow up.

• Labour relations or Work and Organizational Psychology student.
• Native Catalan and Spanish. English B1.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with data to draw meaningful conclusions.
• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and communication skills.

• Joining date: May 2025
• Hours per week: 25-40, based on the student’s availability
• Remuneration: depending on the total hours per month, 650 – 1.040€ (before taxes)
