Projects Analytics & Planning Intern

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Projects Analytics & Planning Intern (m/f/d). The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

MY TASKS:
Supporting the Planning team in maintaining and updating project schedules in Primavera P6
Collaborating in the weekly planning update cycle to help ensure the consistency and quality of project data
Assisting with the monitoring and follow-up of contractual milestones and key project deliverables across the project portfolio
Supporting the collection, validation, and consolidation of planning information from different project teams
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, reporting tools (Power BI), KPI tracking, and planning information management

MY PROFILE:
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies related to Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Minimum of B2 English language skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in an international environment
