Are you a team player, curiosity-driven and ready to kickstart your professional career in International Business? We’re looking for a Tax Assistant Intern to join our talented team in Barcelona. As a paid 6-month full-time internship, this position offers the exciting possibility of renewing the internship or transitioning to a full-time role based on your performance and team needs.

Your Mission

The role involves providing comprehensive support across a spectrum of fiscal and administrative responsibilities within the Tax Department at our Barcelona office. This position is crucial for ensuring accurate tax compliance and contributing to the efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with various fiscal tasks and tax declarations.
• Assisting in the reconciliation of tax accounts and supporting data accuracy.
• Collaborating in the analysis and documentation of transfer pricing policies.
• Supporting the control and oversight of local taxes.
• Assisting with the preparation of documentation for internal and external tax audits.
• Contributing to the identification and recommendation of new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance tax compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborating to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all tax-related administrative matters.
• Providing general administrative support to the Tax Manager.

What we are looking for

• Business Administration (ADE) and knowledge of accounting, finance, and taxes.
• Proficiency in Office (Excel) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Driven by curiosity, dedicated, and always striving for their best.
• Embrace change as an opportunity and learn from their mistakes.
• Promote a positive work environment and bring energy and fun to the team.
• Know how to collaborate effectively and enjoy working in a team.

Bonus points:

• Experience in similar positions is desirable.
