To achieve this, we develop comprehensive SaaS solutions that create transparency and sustainable growth across the entire value chain, meet ESG requirements, and automate manual processes. As part of our internship in Commercial Sales at osapiens, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience managing client relationships and driving deals for small and medium-sized businesses. This is your chance to dive straight into an end-to-end sales role, handling clients from the initial touchpoints to deal closure. Unlike traditional sales positions, this role allows you to jumpstart your sales career without the typical business development (cold calling) phase.After completing a comprehensive onboarding and training program, you’ll step directly into a customer-facing role, making a tangible impact from day one.
Manage the entire sales cycle from the first conversation to closing deals.
Engage in client meetings, answer questions, and provide excellent service.
Draft and present tailored offers to meet client needs.
Help organize and attend client-facing events and webinars.
Participate in weekly syncs with the sales team to collaborate and share insights.
Log and maintain all customer interaction in our CRM system
You are available for at least 32h/week for at least 9 months.
You speak fluent English and at least one other European language (German, Dutch, Italian, or French). Spanish is not necessary but would be a big plus!
You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
You are hard-working, enthusiastic, and proactive, and you enjoy working independently but supported.
A background in business administration, sales, marketing and/or CRM concepts would be extremely beneficial.
But, most importantly: you are excited about tech sales, and you want to help make the world a greener place!
