About the Role
As a Replenishment Planning Graduate, you will join our Replenishment PC team in Barcelona for a one-year position. In this role, you will support day-to-day replenishment activities, ensuring demand is met across our distribution center network while taking into account lead times and potential exceptions.
Throughout the experience, you will benefit from a structured onboarding experience, along with dedicated training and coaching, designed to support your development into a future Replenishment Planner.
What You Will Do
Replenishment planning execution: Manage daily IDC replenishment using SAP.
Systems & process expertise: Work with SAP, TLB and ITM lists to ensure order fulfilment.
External partner coordination: Manage co‑packing, warehousing and transport interfaces.
Performance & KPIs: Monitor service level, order completeness and drive RCA.
Continuous improvement: Embed Planning Excellence (PLEx) tools and ways of working.
Supply chain support: Contribute to safety stock reviews, PIPO activities and customs processes.
Who You Are
University degree in relevant field.
Early experience or interest in supply chain.
Analytical skills, Excel; SAP beneficial.
Team player with communication skills.
Proficient in English.
