Sales & Administrative Support Intern

Assist in tender preparation by gathering required documentation, coordinating internal stakeholders, and supporting timely submission to the tender department. * Coordinate and manage the product approval process across the different provincial procurement platforms. And to keep the database of approved products up to date Support the review of purchase orders to identify and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with Customer Service and Tender teams. Supporting the sales team in the rollout and follow‑up of selected marketing plan activities. Support inventory management activities, including LCPP and PPO reporting, SAP reviews, delivery note preparation, and follow-up with NCAMs/Agents. * Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field. Fluent in English & Spanish (B2+); any additional language is a plus. Interest in Capital Equipment, Tender Management, Sales Operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. Ability to work effectively in a multinational, cross-functional environment. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
