Summer Internship - Legal

About the Role

We are looking for a Summer Intern to support a corporate housekeeping project. This role involves processing emails, verifying corporate data, and compiling information from internal platforms to ensure our records are accurate, complete, and well-organised.

You’ll work closely with experienced team members to help maintain high standards in data quality, documentation, and internal compliance.

What You’ll Do

1. Email & Document Processing

• Review and organise emails
• Identify, extract, and classify relevant information or attachments
• Ensure all key emails and documents are properly tagged and recorded in line with internal standards
• Support the preparation of structured files for legal review or reporting

2. Data Compilation & Cross-Checking

• Search internal systems and databases for relevant legal and corporate data
• Cross-reference information from different sources to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Flag inconsistencies or missing data to the supervising team
• Help compile a comprehensive index or summary of findings

3. General Documentation Management

• Assist in structuring and organising the documentation trail for a specific case
• Help maintain a clear and auditable record of information and actions taken
• Contribute to internal reports or summaries as needed

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information
• Comfortable navigating and searching through emails, files, and databases
• Excellent organisational skills and a structured, methodical approach to tasks
• Proficiency in Google Suit tools (Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc)
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently with guidance
