The mission of this role

The Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain team in daily operations, contributing to the efficient management of the organization's logistics processes and optimizing resource utilization. This hands-on role offers valuable exposure to international supply chain operations and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities 

• Verification and Documentation: Verify data entry from manufacturers and prepare/review delivery documentation.


• Transport Monitoring and Coordination: Monitor transport schedules and collaborate with warehouse and transport providers.


• Compliance and Non-Conformity Management: Ensure shipment compliance and manage non-conformities with necessary documentation.


• Analysis and Optimization: Analyze KPIs, support cost-saving initiatives, and suggest process improvements.


• Administrative and Operational Support: Provide administrative support for transportation, returns, claims, and customer reception, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.


• No previous experience required — a passion for learning and problem-solving is essential.


• Intermediate level of English and Spanish (both written and verbal).


• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
