We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Madrid. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR professionals to support the full recruitment cycle. If you’re passionate about talent, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a high-growth company, this role is for you! 🎯

The Main Event: What You'll Do 🧱

🔍 Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.📝 Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.📊 Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).🎙️ Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recommendations to recruiters.🌟 Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns and recruitment events.📞 Coordinate communication with candidates and provide a seamless candidate experience.📢 Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the hiring process.

❤️ Passion for talent acquisition and human resources in a fast-paced environment.💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.🗂️ Highly organized with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.💡 Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.🗣️ Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.💻 Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms is a plus!
