Your missions
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles
- Conduct initial screening calls with Dutch-speaking candidates
- Assist in managing candidate databases and updating records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events
- Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment activities
- Collaborate with team members on recruitment projects
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Your profile
- Experience with recruitment or human resources (internship or academic projects preferred)
- Academic background: studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms
- You have an ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
