The Campus Team
The Campus team's mission is to build and activate long-term ecosystems of future talent through strategic partnerships, communities and innovative talent engagement models.
The Campus team is evolving from a traditional campus recruitment function into an AI-enabled talent ecosystem team, capable of identifying, engaging and nurturing relevant talent continuously rather than only during recruitment peaks.
The intern will report to a Campus team member, with a transversal collaboration with Mantu Growth Manager.
Mission
The intern's core mission will be to build and scale Mantu's talent community nurturing engine.
1/Growth Hacking & Community Building
- Identify relevant consultant and talent populations through LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Develop targeted approaches to grow and activate Mantu's talent communities
- Test different acquisition and engagement strategies using LinkedIn outreach campaigns and HeyReach
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with Mantu's People Value Proposition and candidate experience
- Build repeatable Growth Hacking playbooks for the Campus team
2/ Talent Nurturing
- Design automated journeys for different talent communities
- Build re-engagement campaigns for existing talent pools
- Identify opportunities to convert community engagement into recruitment pipelines
- Test new AI-powered tools for segmentation and personalized content generation
3/ Data & Analytics
- Segment talent populations according to relevant criteria such as profile, skills, seniority, geography or engagement
- Build dashboards to track campaign performance
- Monitor key metrics such as community growth, engagement, response rates, reactivation and recruitment conversion
- Document successful use cases and turn them into scalable processes for the Campus team
Expected deliverables
During the internship, the intern will be expected to deliver tangible and scalable assets, including:
- Global talent community segmentation framework
- Consultant community Growth Hacking playbook
- Multi-channel campaign templates and nurturing sequences
- Automated nurturing workflows
- AI use cases for Campus sourcing and engagement
- Community performance dashboard
- Documented best practices and playbooks for local Campus teams
The objective is not simply to execute campaigns, but to build a repeatable operating model that can be scaled across Mantu.

The role will be measured through both activity and business impact :

Candidate profile
Education
Engineering or Business School student, ideally looking for a final-year internship.
Tech & Growth mindset
Strong interest or first experience in:
- Growth Hacking
- LinkedIn / social selling
- Marketing automation
- AI tools
- Data analysis
- Digital communities
The candidate should naturally enjoy testing, measuring and improving systems.
Junior Enterprise ecosystem
Previous experience in or exposure to the Junior Enterprise ecosystem is a plus, particularly given Mantu's existing relationships with JEs.
Languages
Fluent French and English.
