Job Responsibilities
* Assist senior technical advisors in conducting technical due diligence for renewable energy projects, including reviewing project documentation, permits, and technical specifications.
* Support the preparation of technical reports, feasibility studies, and energy yield assessments for various renewable technologies.
* Participate in site visits and inspections of renewable energy plants under construction or in operation, assisting with data collection and analysis.
* Contribute to the research and analysis of market trends, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements within the renewable energy industry.
* Learn and utilize specialized software tools for energy modeling, performance analysis, and technical risk assessment.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, financial, and legal departments, to ensure comprehensive project support.
* Support the development and improvement of internal technical processes and methodologies.
* Attend internal and external training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the Technical Advisory team.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Renewable Energy, or similar).
* Strong academic record and a keen interest in the renewable energy sector.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Prior internship or project experience in renewable energy is a plus but not required.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for site visits.
