Descripción del trabajo - Technical Customer Support Specialist –Dutch and English

 YOUR MISSION
You will provide technical customer support for a leading company in the renewable energy sector. Supporting Dutch- and English-speaking customers, you’ll assist with photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar inverters, modules, monitoring & control systems, storage solutions, and e-mobility technologies.
Your expertise will help customers better understand and optimize their energy systems.
 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Native or C2 level of Dutch
• Advanced English (C1–B2)
• Residence in Spain (Barcelona-based role)
• Technical associate degree or equivalent education required
• Electro-technical qualification preferred
• Higher Electric Technical Vocational Certificate/Diploma (or comparable experience) is a plus
• Basic understanding of mathematical concepts and graphical data representation
• Strong interest in PV/solar technology, systems, standards, and regulatory requirements

No previous customer service experience required — technical knowledge and motivation are key!

 WHAT WE OFFER
• Permanent contract (39 hours/week, 2-month probation period)
• Salary up to €27,000 gross per year (for 39h)
 Production: 21500€ gross/year + 3500€ bonus divided in 12 months depending on performance.
• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM
• 5 weeks of fully paid training (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
  – Training salary: €1,415 gross/month for 39h
