WHAT WILL YOU DO?



  • Assist in delivering first-line technical support and help users resolve product-related issues.

  • Perform triage on incoming support tickets, ensuring they are properly categorized and assigned to the right team.

  • Handle customer interactions to identify, document, and route issues effectively.

  • Apply SOPs to resolve first-contact cases when possible.

  • Support the improvement and maintenance of product documentation.



WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?



  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Background in Software Development, System Administration, or Mathematics.

  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn.

  • No previous experience required we value motivation and curiosity!

  • User-level proficiency in Windows or macOS.



  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
