In this adventure, you will be guided by Moeve professionals to help you get the most out of this experience, becoming an expert in organizational management, training plans, and operational support within the people area.

What are we looking for?

• 
  

  Students in their final years of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 120 completed credits and active enrollment at a university (with an internship agreement).

  
  


• 
  

  Curricular or extracurricular internship option.

  
  


• 
  

  Driven to learn, grow, and bring operational rigor to HR process management.

  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• 
  

  Analytical skills for data management, process automation, and simplification.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills to interact with various departments and stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  
  


• 
  

  Interest and curiosity in labor matters, collective bargaining agreements, and organizational transformation.

  
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Collaborate in the application of collective agreements, primarily within the technical training plan.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in updating departmental structures and information.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide support to departments in automation and process simplification initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate in drafting and implementing organizational changes.

  
  


• 
  

  Learn and assist in the preparation of trials, SERCLAs, CMACs, and other labor relations procedures.
