RESPONSABILITIESSupport sales for technical documentation: prepare demo requests, maintenance of technical sheets, help in finding and sending the internal relevant documentation, keep track of requestsManage requests from sales force for demo units and demo materials: address the right person, track authorizations, provide feedbackMonitor demo ageing and missing items: coordinate with Customer Service and liaise with sales force to keep demo contracts in orderManage requests for giveaways: coordinate with the Marketing warehouse, direct requests and monitor stockGather from sales and analyze competitors’ prices on focus products (tenders)Close overview on stock situation with kitbooking & warehouseSupport in realization of Marketing Collaterals Support and coordinate trade show activitiesLead tracking from events (Stryker and 3rd parties).EDUCATIONStudying Marketing, Business Administration or similar.REQUIREMENTSEnglish Level C1Knowledge of Microsoft office
