Proactive and eager to learn
Passion for renewables and new technologies
Proficiency level of English (C2)

Reception tasks for visitors and phone calls.Receive and send letters, packages etc. and distribute them accordingly.
Assist in different tasks.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors.
Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation and schedules for team members on business trips.
Handling administrative requests and queries from managers and the rest of the team

Excellent execution of Office 365.
Highly self-driven sense of motivation
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Structured and sense for details.

English - C1
