We are looking for a Sales Associate for the BOSS Store La Cañada, located in the La Cañada shopping center (Marbella). We need an experienced Sales Associate to work
- 30 hours per week.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Languages: English, Arabic and Spanish.
- The contract is for 1 year to cover a temporary replacement.
- A profile with high energy and a positive mindset, and a strong desire to work.
- Possibility of a permanent contract if targets are achieved.
- Immediate start.
What you can expect:
- Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every sales opportunity.
- Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets, as well as improve KPI indicators.
- Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions. Be able to answer queries about the price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
- Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Optimize sales through strong product knowledge, leveraging the best advantages to recommend and attract customers’ attention to the products in order to maximize sales opportunities.
- Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the HUGO BOSS database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Your profile:
- Proven retail sales experience within a fashion brand, minimum 2 years.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent personal appearance.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete them successfully.
- Professionalism.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Fluency in Spanish.
