We are seeking a Social Media Assistant with advanced Spanish and English (written and spoken) to support the digital storytelling of Finca La Donaira, a luxury eco-retreat in southern Spain. This freelance role involves editing short-form video content (with subtitles), scheduling and publishing posts, and helping us share our philosophy through content that is honest, elegant, and intentional.

This is not a job focused on trends or mass production. We’re not chasing virality—we’re cultivating connection. We want to reach those who genuinely resonate with our way of life: rooted in regenerative agriculture, natural horsemanship, seed-to-plate gastronomy, wellness, and quiet eco-luxury.

You will receive raw video content, and your role will be to transform it into high-quality reels and posts for Instagram—and occasionally for LinkedIn.

If you’re based nearby, we may also agree onweekly or bi-monthly visits on-site visits for content creation at the finca. This time would be compensated with additional paid hours.

The position is remote, with flexible hours, as long as you meet agreed-upon content delivery deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory

• Experience in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)

• Aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of social media formats (especially reels and Instagram)

• Ability to create mindful, high-quality content that reflects a refined and conscious brand

• Organized, autonomous, and proactive

• Plus: familiarity with brands in wellness, sustainability, or boutique hospitality

• Plus: background in graphic design (for stories, post layouts, or brand-aligned visuals)

Big Pluses (not required, but highly valued):

• Ability to propose and film original content on-site
  
  This would be discussed case by case and compensated with additional paid hours

• Being based in or near Sevilla, Málaga, or surrounding areas, to allow for regular visits to La Donaira for content capture

• You'll be responsible for delivering a weekly rhythm of content (a set number of edited videos and scheduled posts, agreed in advance), with space for flexibility when needed
