About Prevas Test & Measurement Prevas Test & Measurement (formerly DVel) was founded in 2012 by Riki Virc, Martin Peeker, and Karin Hellqvist, and started operations in early 2013. We were driven by a shared goal: to build a company of highly skilled consultants and become a trusted supplier of advanced test and measurement systems. From day one, our focus has been on people.
