A leading European fertility organization is rolling out a comprehensive digital suiteâincluding a CRM, EMR, mobile app, and data platformâto harmonize clinical operations across IVF clinics in Europe. We are looking for an Embryologist based in Finland or Sweden to support clinics across Scandinavian countries in the effective adoption of a new EMR system by medical and administrative staff.
The ideal candidate has experience working in fertility or IVF clinics, is fluent in English (local language is a strong advantage), and is confident in delivering training to both clinical and administrative users. This role plays a key part in helping clinic teams transition to modern digital tools through structured, supportive training.
Deliver engaging training on EMR system features, workflows, and best practices
Create and maintain training materials, including user manuals, e\-learning modules, guides, and job aids
Adapt training content for different audiences: medical staff, administrative users, and management
Lead live workshops, webinars, and one\-on\-one coaching sessions
Stay informed about system enhancements and communicate relevant updates to end users
Provide refresher training and ongoing support for existing users
Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs
Track EMR adoption, identify usage gaps, and support successful go\-live activities
Experience working in fertility or IVF clinics, ideally in clinical or laboratory roles (required)
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient journeys in reproductive healthcare
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user\-focused training
Proficiency with EMR systems and confidence using digital tools
Based in Finland or Sweden
Willingness to travel occasionally to clinics across the region
Experience as a trainer, instructor, embryologist, or EMR specialist
Knowledge of Nordic healthcare environments is an advantage
Local language skills (Finnish or Swedish) are a strong plus
Education or certification in Healthcare, Life Sciences, IT, Education, or Business
