Global Visual Merchandiser, H&M Beauty

We also focus on building a credible and complete beauty destination by complementing our in-house offerings with the latest external beauty brands, enabling our customers to complement their fashion looks with top beauty products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 

You will be a part of the beauty global sales team and you will contribute to a great customer experience and strong results by setting the visual customer centric strategy and execution for Beauty. You provide the regions with clear visual focuses, commercial priorities and tools. You have excellent presentation skills and understand how to successfully collaborate with different stakeholders, such as business units and regions. You act and lead in line with our values, always driven by the ambition to make our people and business grow.

Your key responsibilities include:

• You are responsible for setting and driving the Beauty Visual strategy and goals, leading to increased customer centricity and stronger results
• In close collaboration with the Beauty team, you set the commercial focuses and priorities based on your customer insights, sales results, commercial belief and previous learnings
• You ensure that all regions are provided with quality commercial information, clear priorities and workload plan.
• Create the beauty commercial info for every new visual period and send out all regions.
• You can analyze numbers and see the correlation between commercial priorities and actual results.
• You contribute to our processes and suggest new, improved ways of working together with different stakeholders such as the Beauty and regional teams

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people with…​ 

• Visual Merchandising experience, a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience from setting global guidelines and strategies. Developing ways of working, being part of expansion, concept expansion or new store openings. Experience from working with Beauty is a plus but not a must.
• A commercial and creative mindset, with a get it done attitude and ability to handle an always changing environment
• Experience and motivated by leading people as an informal leader, both internally within beauty but also towards stakeholders out in the regions. Which means; support, guide and help to prioritize focuses.
