Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, ideally with Java Swing
  


• Strong programming skills with the ability to make critical design and architecture decisions
  


• A balance of independence and collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments
  


• Experience in database development
  


• A keen eye for user experience (UX) and user-friendly design
