Pay Implementation Consultant - Sweden

Requirements

• Act as the client-facing functional lead, driving project kick-off sessions and leading functional requirements discussions.
  


• Collaborate with clients to gather and document payroll configuration details necessary to finalize Strada Pay workbooks.
  


• Identify and document any deviations from Strada Pay standards, including both product functionality and process workflows.
  


• Work closely with the Strada Product team to complete configuration of the payroll solution.
  


• Validate the payroll solution and integrations during various project testing cycles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  


• Conduct thorough data validations within the payroll system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  


• Coordinate and manage defect resolution efforts across relevant technical and functional teams.
  


• Facilitate knowledge transfer to ongoing application services teams for seamless payroll solution support and maintenance.
  


• Contribute to and maintain the project plan, ensuring timely updates and alignment with project milestones.
  


• Provide support for data mapping, validations, and issue resolution across all integrated systems.
  


• Assist in resolving integration-related issues, working closely with development and testing teams.
  


• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel testing phases, ensuring smooth execution and issue tracking.
  


• Define and implement workarounds for any identified issues or limitations during the project lifecycle.
  


• Oversee and support knowledge transfer to delivery and operational payroll teams, ensuring readiness for ongoing operations.
  

• Proven experience in a functional consulting or analytical role within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.
  


• In-depth knowledge of Swedish payroll processes, including compliance (e.g. tax, legislation etc.)
  


• Hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of Swedish payroll implementation projects.
  


• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  


• Capable of articulating and documenting client requirements clearly and effectively.
  


• Ability to identify issues or risks and provide creative, practical solutions to address them.
  


• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all business levels.
  


• Skilled at evaluating multiple options and proposing feasible, cost-effective alternatives.
  


• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  


• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
