Are you an experienced and passionate Product Developer with a strong background in womenswear heavy woven garments?

What you will do 

As Product Developer for Weekday Womenswear Heavy Woven, you will: 

• Lead product development from concept to final execution, with a strong focus on heavy woven garments 
• Develop and execute agile development strategies aligned with assortment goals 
• Manage timelines and ensure smooth execution of projects 
• Develop pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability 
• Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage bookings 
• Oversee sample development, components, and quality assurance 
• Handle returns and enforce product policies 
• Collaborate closely with the production office to optimize workflows and efficiencies 

Who you’ll work with 

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team including a planner and pattern maker. The team combines long-standing colleagues with newer members, creating a dynamic and inclusive environment. 

This role is dedicated to womenswear heavy woven, with a strong focus on outerwear and structured garments. 

Who you are 

We’re looking for someone with: 

• Several years of experience in product development within fashion or retail 
• Proven expertise in heavy woven womenswear, especially outerwear 
• Strong commercial understanding and customer focus 
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written 
• Experience working with youth-oriented fashion is a plus 
• A degree in textiles, fashion buying, or a related field is a merit 

And someone who is: 

• Structured, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing 
• Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment 
• Flexible, solution-driven, and open to change 
• A team player with great energy, drive, and a positive attitude 
• Curious, growth-minded, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively 

This is a full time temporary contract for 12 months based at our Head Office in Södermalm Stockholm

In this role you will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
