SAP S/4HANA Expertise
Demonstrated proficiency in SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations, system conversions, and upgrades.
Ability to provide best\-practice guidance and strategic recommendations beyond execution, ensuring long\-term system stability and business value.
Core Skills
Technical Expertise Strong hands\-on knowledge of SAP system installation, configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance.
Database Management Experience administering and supporting databases such as SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server, including performance monitoring and optimization.
Network & Integration Knowledge Solid understanding of network protocols and services to support SAP system connectivity and integrations.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Proven ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues across the SAP technology stack.
Security Management Knowledge of implementing, managing, and enforcing SAP security policies, authorizations, and compliance standards.
Project Management Experience planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects and system upgrades in collaboration with cross\-functional IT teams.
Communication & Collaboration Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Analytical Skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize and continuously improve system performance.
Essential Responsibilities & Skills
End\-to\-end responsibility for the configuration, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of the SAP technology stack, including SAP applications and underlying databases.
Plan, manage, and deliver assigned technical projects and upgrades, coordinating required internal and external resources.
Ensure secure, stable operation and setup of SAP landscapes in line with enterprise and security standards.
Perform SAP Basis and database workload analysis and lead performance tuning initiatives.
Collaborate with integration teams to connect SAP systems with surrounding applications, adhering to current security and compliance requirements.
Design, implement, and maintain SAP High Availability (HA) and disaster recovery solutions.
Perform Database Administration activities for SAP HANA and Oracle environments.
Maintain strong technical currency across SAP and related technology platforms, tools, and solutions.
Demonstrate a broad understanding of multiple technologies to support complex enterprise landscapes.
