Senior Appian Developer

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  


• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  


• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement Appian BPM solutions based on project requirements.
  


• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and understand business needs.
  


• Develop efficient and reusable components including process models, interfaces, records, and reports.
  


• Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
  


• Integrate Appian applications with databases and external systems using APIs and SQL.
  


• Follow Appian and BPM best practices to maintain scalable and maintainable applications.
  

• 6+ years of experience in Appian BPM development.
  


• Proficiency with Appian versions 23.x to 25.x, including process models, SAIL interfaces, records, expression rules, reports, and sites.
  


• Strong experience with Appian system integration and SQL (MS SQL Server preferred).
  


• Solid understanding of Appian design principles and BPM best practices.
  


• Experience across the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
  


• Appian Level 2 or Level 3 Certification is required.
  


• Experience in the banking or financial services domain is a plus.
  


• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
