Job Description

We are recruiting for two temporary positions - Pattern Maker for Kids boy Jersey & license (2-10+ years) and Pattern Maker for Young Girl woven, knit & denim (8-14+ years).

For both customer and garment groups you will work with diversified silhouettes, different qualities and fun details. Working at the KIDS assortment you will specialize in how the body grows and how children develop as they grow older. You will get the chance to be creative and enjoy the fun of working with kid´s collection. We have come far in our digital journey and work at a fast pace to capture the needs and wants of our exciting ever-changing customer. 

The Pattern Maker is accountable for creating the desired silhouette with a good fit in all sizes, always with the customer in focus. You are accountable for creating the technical package, updating, and communicating correct fit and size based on our design goals. You are responsible for the costumer fit and size strategies, product type and timeline throughout the product development together with your team. We always have sustainability and profitability in mind when creating our collection.  

As a Pattern Maker at the Kids assortment, you will work in a fast-paced environment with new challenges and exciting projects for the Kids customer. KIDS assortment is a dynamic workplace where we have high pace and collaborative mindset. We are flexible and always willing to improve our product creations. These are a natural part of our everyday. 

Qualifications

About you: 

We are looking for a driven and flexible Pattern maker with a one team mindset who loves the Kids and Young fashion. Passionate about creating the best products for our customers. We believe you are visionary, like to inspire and involve the team to work towards common goals within creativity, sustainability, inclusion & diversity. 

• Degree within Pattern Making and working at least 3 years of work experience 

• Previous experience working in 3D CLO or other 3D systems is meriting 

• Are skilled and passionate about working with patterns, fit and technical solutions 

• Have a good eye for size & proportions and knows grading 

• Good knowledge for materials and fabrics, production knowledge and how garments are made 

• Have a costumer centric mindset with clear understanding of the target costumer 

• Creative problem solver 

• Leadership, like to guide, involve, and inspire the team 

• Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions- Growth mindset 

• Effective and structured 

• Flexible and adaptable

Additional information
