Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Mips, a leading company in Uppsala, SE, is seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a work-from-home position. As an Associate level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist in month-end closing processes - Prepare reports and analysis as needed - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable processes - Collaborate with other members of the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and confident personality - Strong negotiation skills and adaptability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with international accounts payable processes is a plus
