Solution Designer

Role:

1. Solution Design: Lead the design of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics F&O, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial best practices. This includes configuring modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, and Fixed Assets.
2. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for implementation.
3. Customization and Configuration: Customize Dynamics F&O to meet specific business needs, including the creation of custom entities, fields, workflows, and reports. Configure system settings and parameters to optimize performance and usability.
4. Integration Management: Coordinate the integration of Dynamics F&O with other systems and applications within the finance ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues proactively.
6. Training and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
7. Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of Dynamics F&O within the finance team. Provide support and guidance to users during the transition period, addressing concerns and promoting best practices.

Essential requirements:

1. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
2. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial processes and principles, with experience in implementing ERP solutions in finance or accounting domains.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions within Dynamics F&O.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in facilitating workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
5. Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience in liaising between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
6. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
