We are a software company in the energy sector providing grid balancing services. We are looking for support for a short assignment to assist with an important task concerning our Swedish customers.
Requirements:
Availability: 2.5 days per week from 1st May to mid-June
Location: Our Swedish office in Stockholm
Languages: Swedish (Native/Fluent), English (fluent)
Basic understanding of Excel
Structured way of working
Tasks:
We have +500 customers in Sweden who are connected to our platform through simcards in their controllers. We are upgrading our simcards to new models that support IoT. We have ordered these simcards from Telia (they are at our Swedish office) and we now need someone to:
Prepare envelopes with simcards + printed instructions on how to change them
Coordinate a test of the proper workings in our SE office (test done by colleagues)
Send them to our customers and track progress
Follow up with our customers to make sure they have received the simcards and have activated them correctly.
Validate that simcards are swapped and deactivate the ‘old’ ones.
