We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a technical background and experience in complex systems and banking.

The area of Custody is starting up a major transformation, implementing a new IT platform that will support our business and operation in the future proofing the services in the area. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the transformation by working with requirements in this initiative.

Working as a Senior Business Analyst/Req. Analyst, you will take the lead in the requirements work and lead other Req.Analysts. Part of the assignment will be to mentor/guide other BAs/Req.Analysts in the assignment. You will also educate Operation staff in the Requirements field. As Senior Business Analyst you will also secure proper structure in the requirements work needed for the initiative. You will work towards stakeholders as Chief Product Owners, Product Owners, Architects, Tech Leads, Project Managers and Managers.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key part in our client's transformation journey when building the future of custody solutions. In this role, you will work in teams to collect and write requirements in tight collaboration with your different stakeholders (architects, business, operations and IT teams). You will be a part of the newly established Next Gen Custody Department (Technology) and work against several teams and stakeholders. You will get the opportunity to discuss problems and opportunities with other Business Analysts but still be self-governing and plan your own schedule. Your daily work will include

- Collect, analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
- If needed, write technical requirements such as protocol specifications.
- Take the lead, coordinate and drive refinement work.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all different levels (business- /operation experts, Product management, architects, development teams, QA, subject matter experts) to set the requirement and scope.
- Manage requirements across the product life cycle

Key experience and qualifications required

- At least 9 years of experience.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and is structured and with excellent attention to detail.
- You have experience of working with complex systems and/or large/complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You are used to networking and using your communicative ability when working with stakeholder management in several areas.
- You like to work both independently and with others and can work under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple tasks/projects
- As a person, you have a strong drive and like to take initiative and you can define a task even if it initially is vague. You are pragmatic, adaptable and prestige-less.
- You have worked as a Business Analyst for some years.
- You have a technical background, a technical education and/or have been working as a developer or tester.

Valuable experience and qualifications

- It is also an extra plus if you have some knowledge within the Custody domain.

Language

Fluent English. Swedish is valuable but not compulsory.

Working arrangements

Start ASAP, initially for 12 months.

Hybrid working, on site in Solna 3+ days a week.
