The Superb opportunity: We are now looking for a brand new addition to join our fantastic Nordic sales team. If you want to be part of revolutionizing the restaurant industry, this might be the job for you. In this role you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in Sweden, with the mission of making Superb the #1 platform for restaurants in your market. To achieve this mission, you will be using a consultative sales approach. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your territory. Restaurants are a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other and therefore you will be strong in building customer relationships to expand your network with recommendations and referrals. We need your passion and sales expertise to help us build and grow the Superb brand in your geographic area. What you will do:

  • Lead the charge introducing Superb to all restaurants in your area
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect, demo, to close
  • Use outbound sales efforts in order to reach the right restaurants in your territory
  • Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative way of communication
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market
  • Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
  • Became point of contact for the restaurants and prospects in your territory
What you will need:
  • +1 years experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
  • Swedish on a fluent level
  • You must be based in or near Malmö/Copenhagen area and be able to travel around in Sweden for customer meetings
  • Great relationships building ability (our people = our brand)
  • A collaborative team player mentality and a big portion of grit
