About the Role
As a Culture & Learning Specialist, you will be a part of the Culture and Learning team within our HR department, working in a warm and inclusive environment with a fast pace. You will closely collaborate with colleagues across the HR team and various departments within NOBA to achieve organizational goals. Your primary focus will be to enhance our work in learning, culture, and leadership by coordinating and engage in multiple parallel projects and processes to increase collaboration and unity across NOBA. You will take a key role in project management and coordination, initiating communication and managing information across various channels.

To succeed in the role of Culture & Learning Specialist, we see that you are a communicative and organized person skilled at crafting clear and engaging communication. You have a strong ability to manage larger amounts of information, multiple parallel projects, and effectively engage various stakeholders while maintaining clarity and focus for everyone involved. You have a forward-thinking approach and challenge by coming up with initiatives on how we can continuously develop and improve.
You work effectively both independently and collaboratively with others, easily building relationships within and outside company boundaries. You take ownership of your tasks and maintain structure from start to finish. As a person, you are flexible, prestigeless and thrive in an innovative and evolving environment, capable of adapting your work to changing circumstances. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when necessary and provide support where needed.

Hours: Full-time, 08:30 – 17:00
