  • Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English

It is a big plus if you have:

To succeed in the role of Culture & Learning Specialist, we see that you are a communicative and organized person skilled at crafting clear and engaging communication. You have a strong ability to manage larger amounts of information, multiple parallel projects, and effectively engage various stakeholders while maintaining clarity and focus for everyone involved. You have a forward-thinking approach and challenge by coming up with initiatives on how we can continuously develop and improve.

You work effectively both independently and collaboratively with others, easily building relationships within and outside company boundaries. You take ownership of your tasks and maintain structure from start to finish. As a person, you are flexible, prestigeless and thrive in an innovative and evolving environment, capable of adapting your work to changing circumstances.
