Job Description - Customer Management Coordinator

Customer Management Coordinator Verisure is seeking a talented, hands-on, and analytic Customer Management Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the North Customer Management Manager, this role will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring correct inventories in the country, improving established processes, and supporting our internal customers’ continuous growth. The person in this role will be expected to work autonomously, make a quick impact, and develop as the business grows. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the leading provider of professionally monitored alarms for residential households and small businesses in Europe. The Customer Management Coordinator will be deeply involved with their assigned countries/regions. Responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement improvement actions in coordination with logistics teams
  • Manage materials for installations and maintenance, ensuring service levels
  • Control and analyze stock levels and support the Logistics Manager in the assigned countries
  • Align demand and supply with budget processes
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortage
  • Generate periodic reports and share insights
  • Support ERP implementation and other projects
  • Participate in forecasting and performance meetings
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or Supply Chain area
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (power queries, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Very high level of English proficiency (spoken, written, and read). Swedish is advantageous but not necessary
Competencies:
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment with the agility to adapt to new circumstances
  • Structured and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
