Job Description - Demand & Supply Planner

Our Demand & Supply Planners are responsible for analysing and forecasting our product demand and adapt our supply chain to all our markets. Following our monthly process, you will support the planning team in the collaborations with Regional Sales Managers and suppliers to manage inventory with MOQ’s, securing production, prioritising where our products should be shipped: USA, Asia, EU, UK– through great administration and coordination. Planning is loads of fun, especially when it comes to products loved and used by many. This is a great role for you who want to grow in Demand and supply planning, be part of developing and improving supply chain processes, automating and streamlining our ways of working across departments.

What you’ll do:

  • Manufacturer main contact for planning
    • ODM
    • Inter-company Manufacturing
  • S&OP Proposal Planning
    • Monthly planning
    • Analyze need
    • Propose action
  • Supply Forecasting
    • Per Manufacturer
    • Monthly updates
    • Maintaining Ad hoc changes
  • Daily Admin Operation
    • Placing Purchase, issuing allocation and managing changes 
    • Intercompany admin; both supply and manufacturing
    • Analyse inventory levels 
    • Open issues solving 
    • POS and Spare part planning
  • SKU Support & Master Data management
  • Leading and supporting projects related to Planning

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

The world of music and consumption is fast-moving and ever-changing world, we want to do our part and help amplify the daily lives of others. To join us in our upcoming tour we believe that you are structured, analytical, cooperative, have an eye for details and are thorough in task execution. We’re looking for a self-driven and curious candidate who can support Sales & Operations Planning and work together with our suppliers in achieving necessary outputs. We believe that you have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience from operational work within Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning
  • A degree in Supply Chain or Demand/Supply planning, Logistics or similar
  • Great knowledge of Excel
  • Experience from working in ERPs and BI Tools: MS Navision and Qlik Sense is beneficial
  • Mandarin/Chinese is a plus but not required
  • Strong communicator and collaborative skills with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience from working in a global company
