Job Description - Finance Expert & HR Admin / Redovisningsansvarig & HR Admin

Tasks & Responsibilities nFinance n*General Ledger Accounting n*Fixed Asset Accounting n*Posting of Purchase invoices n*Execution and allocation of vendor payments and tax payments n*Allocation of customer payments and debtor control n*Preparation of weekly and monthly liquidity plans n*Reconciliation of general accounts, customer and vendor accounts n*Monthly closing procedure n*Regular tax reporting (and other local reporting obligation) n*Preparation of annual financial statements n*Preparation of reports for the parent company in Austria n*Collaboration in preparation of annual budget n*Cooperation with local tax consultant n nHR Admin n*Recruitment of new employees and preparation of all employment documents n*Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software 'Workday' n*Supporting the subsidiary's management regarding HR topics n*Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers n*General administration tasks n*Overseeing and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly n*Managing supplies inventory and place orders as necessary n n Skills & Requirements n*Authorized Accountant n*Commercial knowledge n*Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting n*Great Microsoft Office skills n*Experience working with ERP systems (BaaN advantageous) n*Solid knowledge of Swedish GAAP and local tax law n*Experience in recruiting an advantage n*Team-oriented personality but with the ability to work independently n*Willingness and ability to perform during peak times n*Advantage of experience working in an international company n n Language n*Written and spoken Swedish n*Written and spoken English n n Are you ready for Fronius?
